Auto-onboard new hires with QuickBooks

Connect QuickBooks so new hires are reviewed, then emailed your onboarding course.

manabiQ brings in every new hire from your QuickBooks company — you review them and choose who gets the onboarding course. Nothing is emailed or charged until you approve.

How it works

  1. On the Integrations page, click Connect QuickBooks and authorize your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Choose one published course as your onboarding course.
  3. When a new employee is added in QuickBooks, they appear under New hires waiting for review on the Integrations page.
  4. Click Send (per person or all) to email them the course. Approved hires are billed like any learner (first 3 free).

Requirements

  • A published course for onboarding.
  • A saved payment method — needed when you approve billable hires.
  • The QuickBooks employee must have an email address on file.

Turning it off

Open Integrations → QuickBooks and set the onboarding course to Off, or click Disconnect QuickBooks.
