manabiQ brings in every new hire from your QuickBooks company — you review them and choose who gets the onboarding course. Nothing is emailed or charged until you approve.
How it works
- On the Integrations page, click Connect QuickBooks and authorize your QuickBooks Online company.
- Choose one published course as your onboarding course.
- When a new employee is added in QuickBooks, they appear under New hires waiting for review on the Integrations page.
- Click Send (per person or all) to email them the course. Approved hires are billed like any learner (first 3 free).
Requirements
- A published course for onboarding.
- A saved payment method — needed when you approve billable hires.
- The QuickBooks employee must have an email address on file.
Turning it off
Open Integrations → QuickBooks and set the onboarding course to Off, or click Disconnect QuickBooks.
