Auto-onboard new hires with Square

Connect Square so new team members are automatically emailed your onboarding course.

manabiQ brings in every new hire from your Square team — you review them and choose who gets the onboarding course. Nothing is emailed or charged until you approve.

How it works

  1. On the Integrations page, click Connect Square and authorize your Square account.
  2. Choose one published course as your onboarding course.
  3. When a new team member is added in Square, they appear under New hires waiting for review on the Integrations page.
  4. Click Send (per person or all) to email them the course. Approved hires are billed like any learner (first 3 free).

Requirements

  • A published course for onboarding.
  • A saved payment method — needed when you approve billable hires.
  • The Square team member must have an email address on file.

Turning it off

Open Integrations → Square and set the onboarding course to Off, or click Disconnect Square.
